Yoni Sade

Yoni Sade is the Co-Founder of Vero Sade, the vertically integrated multi-family platform of Vero Capital. In his role, Yoni oversees all facets of business operations including deal sourcing, acquisitions, development, product design, and asset management of Vero Sade’s multifamily and single-family portfolio across the U.S. Mr. Sade has been active in the U.S. market for over thirteen years where he has successfully built both multifamily and single-family assets in Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. Over the past thirteen years, Mr. Sade has built a portfolio of $1.5 billion USD, raised, and invested $440 million of equity, and acquired and managed over 10,000 apartment units and 135 single-family projects. Yoni holds a degree in Business and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
